Outcast Criminal
"TrueGamerOmega" Kyle Ingram (Defendant #11), staged a series of vindictive attacks against Konigun in an attempt to exact his anger at having been removed from class for breaking the rules. We do not condone or allow a 19 year old student to date a 12 to 14 year old minor. When we discovered the situation we informed the girl's father and removed Kyle from our school, which gave birth to "TrueGamerOmega".
"TrueGamerOmega" used Wikipedia as the vehicle for his attacks. Kyle repeatedly edited the entry for Konigun Ninjutsu in his attempt to assassinate the character of the style and Shidoshi Dallas. Many thought the Wikipedia entries were researched by professionals before posting. The readers did not realize that the information they were reading was nothing more than the vindictive and uninformed ranting of a one member of the cyber hate group.

Kyle never checked his facts, merely attacked with outlandish claims. One such claim is that the Sai was a Chinese weapon so therefore Konigun couldn't be real. Minimoto Musashi's father, an acclaimed Jitte (Sai) master, would no doubt be very surprised that his weapon of choice was not used in Japan.
We contacted Wikipedia and informed them about how their site was being used in Kyle's attacks. Wikipedia removed all of Kyle's posts and barred anyone from posting about Konigun or Dr. Dallas.
Kyle refused to stop his attacks. He was included in the lawsuit that was brought against the cyber hate group. After he was served, he called the Jackson Dojo with threats of arson. The instructor was able to trace his number using caller ID and reported the incident to the police. Shortly after this a brick was thrown through the back window of the instructor's wife's car.
The lawsuit was filed in order to stop the persecution of Konigun, Dr. Dallas, and his instructors. There is now a court ordered judgment against Kyle Ingram over the above stated facts.
This lawsuit was far from frivolous.
